THEON began with recovery—and the quiet determination to feel strong again.

After a serious leg fracture, our founder, Annie, discovered that rebuilding was not one dramatic moment. It was a collection of small rituals: nourishing the body, moving with intention, resting well and returning each day.

Yet the products supporting those rituals often felt purely functional. She imagined something more considered: a beautifully made shaker that could live confidently on the kitchen bench, travel to the gym and move effortlessly into an evening shared with friends.
